Order tickets for the Win Win 50/50 Studio Tour 2021

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

7 for $10.00; 2100 tickets
15 for $20.00; 4500 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $5,000.00.
3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: October 12, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT

Draw
50/50 draw: October 12, 2021 at 4:00:00 p.m. PDT

Draw will be held at 476 South Road, Gabriola BC

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://artsgabriola.rafflenexus.com/winners on October 12, 2021.
4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Gabriola Arts Council.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Gabriola Arts Council or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
5. Privacy

Gabriola Arts Council does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Cause

The Gabriola Arts Council is a registered charity and provides arts-based programming and services on Gabriola Island in BC. Funds raised from this raffle will go to support the ongoing development of the Annual Thanksgiving Studio Tour. The Isle of the Arts is alive with creativity and we use every opportunity to sustain arts activities. Programs such as the Studio Tour will benefit from ticket sales by supporting the Gabriola Arts Council in its commitment to continue to offer this amazing weekend of art.
